If entering times in Microsoft’s ERP software Dynamics 365 Business Central, you can use any separator or none at all between the time units (hour, minute, second). This allows you to enter times in Business Central very quickly.

The following table illustrates the ways in which you can enter times and how these are interpreted by Dynamics 365 Business Central.

If you enter more than just the hour and do not use a separator, each additional time unit (minute, second) must be entered with two characters.
