Licensing - the one that suits you

Team Members have full read permissions and restricted write permissions or write access to some predefined tables. This means that they can, for example, adjust data records for customers or articles that have already been entered or accounting entries (e.g. due dates). This license is useful for users who mainly need to query data and require data-based reports.

Team Members have these authorizations:

• Accept or reject tasks in assigned workflows
• Create, delete and revise quotes
• Reporting (print and send reports)
• Maintain personal data and timesheets
• Access Power Apps and Power Automate

The administrator can use the user groups and user group permission sets to extensively control which tables the individual ERP user is ultimately allowed to read, edit and delete.
