Bridge to Cloud 3 with a Three-year Term: Dual Use and 30% Discount on Subscriptions - and no Maintenance Fees

Bridge to Cloud 3 seamlessly follows on from the previous promotion Bridge to the Cloud 2 (BTTC2), which was available until December 31, 2025. If you meet all the requirements for BTC3, you can enroll at any time.

Duration and Discounts

The promotion has a fixed 3-year term from enrollment: it cannot be renewed or canceled. During the promotional period, you will receive a 30% discount on the list price for your Business Central Online subscriptions. In certain cases, Microsoft may also provide you with free promotional users.

In addition, until December 31, 2027, you will receive a 50% discount on additional on-premises perpetual user licenses (full users, team members, or devices) for a single one-time order. The discount is limited to a maximum of 25% of the list price of your existing on-premises license.

On-premises Enhancement Plan

The annual maintenance fee for on-premises is waived during BTC3 - it is “converted” into cloud licenses, similar to BTTC2. Specifically, this means that instead of continuing to pay the on-premises maintenance fee, you book cloud licenses with the promotional discount, and the value or minimum quantity is based on your previous maintenance contract.

Dual Access Rights

Another major advantage of Bridge to Cloud 3 is dual use: while the promotion is running, you can continue to use your existing on-premises system in parallel. At the same time, you can take your time to set up your new cloud environment.

Eligibility Requirements

If you want to take advantage of Bridge to Cloud 3, you must already have on-premises licenses for Business Central and an active enhancement plan. Furthermore, you must not have purchased any cloud licenses yet. An exception is made if you have only purchased a trial version or if your peak number of paid online full users to date does not exceed 10% of the number of full users that will be licensed at BTC3 enrollment.

You must have purchased your on-premises licenses before September 1, 2024. The value of the cloud licenses must be at least equal to the annual cost of the enhancement plan, and you must maintain this value throughout the entire promotional period. The basis for calculation here is the CSP list price of the subscriptions with a three-year term and annual billing.

In addition, you can only benefit from the promotion if you have not yet participated in Bridge to the Cloud 1 or 2 or BREP to CSP. Bridge to Cloud 3 cannot be combined with other offers.

Several Billing Options to choose from

There are three possible billing options: you can choose between monthly and annual billing or, alternatively, pay the full price for all three years at once. You benefit from price protection throughout the entire promotion period.

Please note: Once the three years of your promotion have expired, your subscriptions will renew with regular NCE or CSP pricing. You can then choose a new billing period (monthly, annual, or triennial).
