Bridge to the Cloud 2 (BTTC2) launched in February 2023 and has a term of three years from the date of booking. If you took advantage of the promotional offer right at the start, your subscription will expire at the beginning of 2026 and will automatically switch to the regular prices. ⌛ So make sure you decide what you want to do next! Microsoft’s Bridge to the Cloud 2 promotion makes it easier to transition from on-premises to the cloud, as you can continue to use your existing on-premises system during the transition. Companies also benefit from financial advantages.
BTTC2 has a fixed term of three years (from the date of booking) and cannot be renewed or canceled. While the promotion is running, you receive a 40% discount on the list price for your Business Central subscriptions. Moreover, the annual maintenance fee (currently 19% of the license value) that applies to perpetual licenses for Business Central On-premises is waived - it is “converted” into cloud licenses.
📅 Companies that have not yet benefited from the promotion and meet all requirements can still take advantage of BTTC2 until December 31, 2025.
After the Promotion ends: Automatic Renewal of your Subscriptions at Regular Prices
Please note: After the promotion ends, your subscriptions will automatically renew at regular prices for three years. So if you want to continue your subscriptions under these conditions, you don’t need to do anything.
However, you should check in advance whether a 3-year subscription makes sense for you. An alternative would be to switch to a subscription with a term of only one year.
