Or you can drive to Muenster well-rested in your company car to enjoy the benefits of our co-working space. You can park right outside the door and your daily dose of caffeine is already waiting for you in the kitchen. ☕
Regardless of where you work from: you can spend your lunch break with your colleagues at the Münster weekly market, for example. ☀️ After work, stop by one of the Hansefit partners to clear your head with a sports session and recharge your batteries for the next day - this even counts as part of your working hours.

BusinessBike
We offer to lease a company bike for you via BusinessBike, which you can also use privately. We also contribute €30 per month to the leasing costs for each bike or e-bike. 🚲

All our employees are entitled to their own company car. 🚗
Company Health Insurance
If you have been with the company for at least one year, we will offer you company health insurance and will fully cover the costs. 🏥
Fit for Work

Sick Child
In case that your child is sick and needs you, you may take three working days (or six half days) off without a doctor’s certificate. You are entitled to these days in addition to your statutory entitlement. 🩺

Free Time on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve
On December 24 and December 31 you have time off, so you don’t need to take vacation for these days. 🎄🎆
Remote First
You can spend up to 100% of your working time in your home office - there can’t be more flexibility! If required, there is our co-working space in Muenster, which you can switch to at any time. 🏡
Travel Time is Working Time
Travel time on the way to and from the customer counts as working time. 🚘
Two fixed Parties each Year
To celebrate our successes and strengthen team cohesion, there are two special events every year: the Warm-Up Party at the beginning of the year and the Half-Time Party in the middle of the year. 🎊
Workation
Your workplace does not always have to be your home office. If the conditions are right, you can work from anywhere - a workation (combining work with vacation) is also possible by arrangement. ✈️
Working Time Account
You can use your personal working time account to ensure that you keep to your regular number of hours and if you do accumulate overtime, you are allowed to compensate it. 🥳
