As an apprentice Fachinformatiker/-in fΓΌr Daten- und Prozessanalyse (m/w/d) (β€œIT Specialist for Data and Process Analysis (m/f/d)”), you will learn how to optimize and further develop our customers’ business processes using Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps, carry out data analyses and develop data-based solutions, expand existing software according to customer requirements and coordinate customized solutions with our development team. In addition, you will accompany colleagues on on-site appointments, carry out needs analyses and training and take on low-level developments.

  • You support our colleagues in the optimization and further development of our customers’ business processes using your own data analyses - e.g. in Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps

  • You implement data-based solutions and regularly adapt them to changing conditions

  • You prepare and visualize data - e.g. in Microsoft Power BI

  • You take detailed requirements from our customers and compare them with Microsoft’s solution portfolio or check whether a customized solution is needed
