As a trainee Kaufmann/-frau für Digitalisierungsmanagement (m/w/d) (“Businessperson for digitization management (m/f/d)”), you will learn to support our colleagues in the optimization and further development of our customers’ business processes. You will take on detailed customer requirements and assess if the Microsoft solution portfolio fits the needs or an individual solution is required. You will be responsible for the design and coordination of customized solutions in cooperation with our development team and external service providers. Your tasks also include securing communication between customers and internal teams as well as testing and debugging the developed software. In addition, you will accompany our colleagues on on-site visits and support them with needs analyses and training on the software application.
