Our team delivers top performances every day, and it’s just as important to celebrate these successes and strengthen team cohesion at the same time. We organize two special events every year: the warm-up party at the beginning of the year and the half-time party in the middle of the year. 🎉 And that’s not all…

Remote First: Events support Team Cohesion and a Sense of Unity

We work remotely most of the time - this means that many of us very rarely meet in person. Most of the team members work mainly or even exclusively from home and can only be found in the co-working space in Muenster from time to time or on special occasions. This is why it is very important to us to create opportunities for our team to stay in personal contact. According to the motto: “Stay connected!”

So two AGOLUTION events are set every year: The Warm-up at the beginning of the year and the Half-time in the middle of the year (usually in summer).

Two fixed Events every Year: celebrating Successes and Milestones with the Team

But our events actually focus on something else: celebrating our achievements, successes and milestones together! We all give our best day by day, week after week and year after year - we need to toast this in a festive setting! 🥂

Why are these two Parties also important to us?

  • We create opportunities to do not focus on the work, but on the people who make up our team.
  • We strengthen the team spirit and cohesion and create a positive working environment and a good atmosphere in the team.
  • The team members get to know each other better and network - and perhaps some of them even discover a shared hobby and make plans to do sport together from time to time?
  • Communication and cooperation between the different departments can improve as we get to know each other better improving mutual understanding.
  • We can relax from everyday life and have fun together.

The Warm-up Party ⛄

The title “Warm-up” gives you a hint when our first AGOLUTION event takes place - right at the beginning of the year, usually in January or February. During the cold season, we warm up for the upcoming challenges of the year and at the same time we celebrate the successes of the past year.

The last Warm-up was in early 2024 at the Enchilada in Münster. Enjoying a few good cocktails, we reviewed the past year and our successes together and toasted to the coming year.🍹

The Half-time Party ☀️

The Half-time is our traditional summer party and of course takes place in the summer, i.e. in the middle of the year - it is our own half-time break. Two Half-times have especially remained in our memories so far.

In 2022, there was a big celebration in the parking lot in front of the co-working space. This time, the partners and children of our team members were also invited. There was a catering, we set up a large tent, the children were allowed to romp around on a bouncy castle and some funny photos were taken in the photo box.

With the Café am Longinusturm in Nottuln we tested a new celebration location in 2024: We spent a lovely afternoon and evening in a beautiful setting, had a barbecue together, enjoyed good conversations and of course a few games could not be missing. All in all, it was an idyllic setting with wind turbines, wide fields and a wonderful view including the sunset. 🌼

Optional Events that we also like to attend with the Team

If the opportunity arises, we also attend other events (although we don’t organize them ourselves). In 2023, for example, we got our dirndls and lederhosen out of the closet and went to the Münster Oktoberfest 🍻 together.

After-work get-togethers 🍽️: You may become involved, too

You can think of an after-work session as a cozy get-together in a restaurant or bar.

Recently, for example, we met for a vegetarian dinner at the “Alte Fleischerei” in the Hansaviertel in Münster. On another evening, we went to the various Christmas markets in Münster city center together.

Another highlight was the Mario Kart event 🎮, where we challenged each other to a few duels on the Nintendo Switch in the co-working space - the local pizza delivery service provided us with tasty food. 🍕

The after-work get-togethers can be organized by anyone of us. If you want to, you can be the host: You choose a location, suggest a date and time and invite the rest of the team. We have created a special Teams channel for that, so that organizing these events is easy and uncomplicated. If necessary, other team members can ask questions in the chat or suggest alternative dates.

We think this is a great way to give every team member the chance to contribute their own ideas, and it also allows us to discover new locations together.
