Taking Technologies, Processes and People into Account: AGOLUTION as a Pioneer among Dynamics 365 Partners
In short: we stand out from other Dynamics 365 BC partners! This is because we (AGOLUTION) focus on the success of our customers and not exclusively on the software and technologies, as many other Dynamics partner companies do. Instead, we decided to consider technologies, processes and people equally and implemented a holistic approach.

We were founded in 2009 and started with our first Dynamics NAV projects. The start was not easy, but because we always believed in ourselves and our success, AGOLUTION was able to grow steadily. Today we are a 33-person team. All our team members are free to choose whether they work 100% remotely or in the office - or a combination of both.
We are not limited to a specific industry - we support customers from all sectors and industries. For our customer projects, we rely on the Business Central standard, which we customize with the help of individual extensions.
Change of Strategy: focusing on the Success of our Customers
It was clear to us that we needed a new approach that would enable us to fulfill the greatest wish of all customers even better: project success.
We also wanted to stand out even more from the competition and focus on the essentials. In our eyes, the competition often tells the same story, focuses almost exclusively on the software and uses standard phrases - but we want to offer our customers a customized solution that enables their real long-term success.
Our Key Idea
Even the best software in the world cannot modernize operational processes. Nor can it influence the mindset of the team. Or create a more customer-oriented attitude.
Guus Krabbenborg’s Project Excellence Workshop: Inspiration, new Courage and a Clear Vision for the Future
In the summer of 2022, we took part in the Project Excellence workshop with Dynamics expert Guus Krabbenborg. Here we realized that we needed to develop further and change something. We had the chance to gather inspiration and concrete ideas for our new approach to success. During the two-day workshop, we also succeeded in drawing a clear picture of our future and mustering the necessary courage for change.

Through the workshop, the team was also involved in the change process from the very beginning. The team members had the opportunity to recognize how important it is for us to remain relevant in the future - and how we can achieve this. In the subsequent implementation, the PROSCI methods helped us a lot.
Predominantly very Positive Feedback from Customers - are there first Measurable Results from the New Approach?
The majority of existing and new customers have reacted very positively to our new strategy. Some customers found it difficult to understand at first - until we explained our reasons and showed them the benefits.
Specific results cannot be clearly stated at the moment, as we are still in the middle of the change process. However, we are curious to see what further feedback will look like.
