The co-working space also offers a great opportunity to “make a date” for work with colleagues and stay in even better contact.

Not only are there good transport links, but there is also a large parking area right outside the door - so there are never any problems finding a parking space, no matter what time of day.

The modern building, in which our co-working space is located, provides a comfortable working climate even at thirty degrees in midsummer thanks to ventilation and external shutters.

Our co-working space is a paperless office (as we are “digital by default”).

Our co-working space is very well equipped with everything you need during a working day: there’s a kitchen with a coffee machine ☕, water dispenser, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and snack box. A separate couch corner invites you to chill out during breaks and can also be used for short meetings.

The co-working space has a total of 16 ergonomic workplaces. Each workplace is equipped with a spacious, height-adjustable table, an ergonomic chair, a thin client, two rotating screens and a webcam.

Many windows provide daylight, and the air quality is controlled by a sensor. The feel-good factor is provided by a whole range of plants as well as decorative plant walls and our logo, which decorates two walls - and don’t forget the great view from the 1st floor! 😊

The co-working space has an open design - there are no separate offices. That’s why we can communicate very well with our colleagues thanks to the movable partitions that separate the individual workplaces from each other, but quiet, concentrated work is still possible - even if several colleagues are on the phone at the same time. 📞

Although all workplaces are equipped with the basics, all employees work with their own equipment: keyboard, mouse and headset are personalized. When you start working, you take them to your workplace and connect them via USB.

In the booking tool, you can see directly which and how many spaces are booked or free on the individual days of the week and which colleagues can be found in the co-working space. A workplace can be booked as early as ten days in advance and check-in is also straightforward and digital - you can check in up to 24 hours in advance.

Although Waldo automatically assigns a workplace to each employee, you are allowed to select a different workplace using the seating plan - provided that this workplace is still free.

A bakery and various restaurants can be reached on foot or by bike. And if this is still too far, a bread van stops right outside the door in the morning. 🥪
