Let’s start with the content topics that we focused on in 2023 - either because they showed new trends or insights and helpful tips or because we dealt with them intensively internally. Our top 3 can be found in the areas of technologies and people.
Technologies
We added the subject area AI to our content portfolio last year. This is mainly about new technologies based on AI, such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT as well as relevant trends and developments in this area. Artificial intelligence is currently an explosive, much-discussed topic that will occupy the world in the future - so it definitely deserves this place in our recap.
People
Two topics from the subject area “people” have made it into our 2023 content recap. The reason for this is that the human component plays an important role with regard to ERP and digitalization projects, but is nevertheless often underestimated and receives too little attention. We would like to change that!
This was a crucial issue for us as a company in 2023 in particular - and will continue to be so. This is because we switched to remote work at the beginning of last year and made the home office the first place of work for the entire team.
This is a subject area that is closely linked to the topic of “home office” - and which is now also very relevant when it comes to the way we work together. Asynchronous working models are primarily characterized by the fact that there is no continuous real-time interaction.
